Stephanie Murillo directs our Rematriating Apprenticeship initiative. She graduated from the MEAC-Accredited National College of Midwifery in 2023 and is the founder of Parteria Xantico in the borderlands. She lives in El Paso and is bilingual in English & Spanish.
