Changing Woman Initiative (CWI) is currently seeking passionate individuals to join our unique leadership structure, one that honors the tapestry of Native American culture and the power of collaborative decision-making. Our organization operates as a decentralized 501(c)(3) entity led fervently by four directors who expertly guide our programming, in close conjunction with an engaged board of directors.
Within CWI, we uphold the vibrant traditional worldviews of indigenous women, emphasizing the importance of kinship, respect, good communication, trust, and compassion. This foundation gives rise to a work environment where each member’s individuality is cherished, yet harmoniously aligned with our shared mission and vision for the community we serve.
Prospective candidates will find themselves immersed in an environment where our organizational vigor stems from a deeply ingrained regenerative design process. This enlightened approach is about self-awareness and the conscious navigation of our unique mental and behavioral patterns that influence our collective work. We embrace risks that expand our competencies, thereby nurturing our leadership capabilities.
As pioneers in the realm of Native American Maternal and Reproductive health, our regenerative process enables us to be innovators—agile and adaptable in the face of a continuously evolving landscape. Join CWI, where your role is not just a job, but a journey that contributes to the sustainability and wellbeing of our communities. We welcome you to be part of our story, to grow with us and cultivate a profound impact in the world we treasure.
